(1) A person or an organized organization wishing to obtain a water resource utilization survey permit shall submit a triplicate application form to the District Water Resources Committee disclosing the following details related to the proposed project in the format as per schedule-3.
(a) Description of the project,
(b) Map of the project site (including main thoroughfares visible),
(c) Sources of water and quantity of water used,
(d) the number and type of consumers who will benefit from the project,
(e) the area of ​​water resources to be surveyed,
(f) Estimated total duration and cost of project completion (including survey and operation),
(g) Other essential matters.
(2) When applying for a survey permit according to sub-rule (1), an amount of twenty-five percent of the fee mentioned in Schedule-8 shall be paid for the survey permit fee.
